web-manga-ocr is a browser extension paired with a local OCR server that reads the speech bubbles on manga pages and overlays invisible, selectable text over them, so a reader's existing Yomitan dictionary lookup tool works on manga the same way it does on a normal article. All processing runs locally on the reader's own machine. It is for Japanese-language learners reading manga online who already use Yomitan.
