The Spreadsheets Importer lets you upload Excel, CSV, JSON, TSV, or TXT files and guides you in mapping columns to ClickUp task fields or Custom Fields. Each row becomes a task and each column represents a task property. You can import into existing Lists, Folders, or Spaces, choose date formats and delimiters, and review a live data preview. The new Importer supports CSV and Excel, uses historical mappings and AI to pre-map columns for files with the same structure, maps to existing task and Custom Fields earlier in the process, highlights invalid items, and imports the full hierarchy of tasks, subtasks, and nested subtasks with their task properties. Custom Field selections show only fields available in the target location. Import setup is accessed via Workspace avatar > Settings > Integrations and ClickApps > Imports / Exports.
