transmission-block is a companion script for the Transmission BitTorrent daemon that blocks known leecher clients (e.g. Xunlei) and pulls in one or more external IP blocklists, including a synced BTN-Collected-Rules feed converted to Transmission's blocklist format. It runs via transmission-remote against a local or remote Transmission instance, ships an optional systemd service for scheduled refreshes, and needs curl plus a small local HTTP server to serve the blocklist.
