Torrust-Actix Tracker is a self-hosted BitTorrent tracker built in Rust, supporting TCP (HTTP/HTTPS) and UDP tracking plus an API, with full IPv4/IPv6 support and persistence to SQLite, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. It offers whitelist/blacklist systems for private trackers, stand-alone/master/slave clustering, optional Redis/Memcache peer caching, and a WebRTC-based RtcTorrent mode that lets browsers seed and leech without plugins.
