It offers full-screen and region capture modes, cleanup and spreadsheet-style editing of results, and global hotkeys via an optional background process. It's aimed at Windows users who frequently need to pull text out of visual content, and its full-screen capture mode is also the basis of the PowerToys Text Extractor.
