RustyCore is an open-source server emulator for World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King Classic, being rewritten from C++ into Rust for behavioral parity with the original reference implementation. It is aimed at hobbyist server administrators who want to self-host a WotLK Classic realm using modern async Rust tooling. Core login and world-entry flows work today, with full gameplay parity still under active development.
