Relic is a CLI-first secret management tool for developers, encrypting secrets on-device before they ever reach the server, which stores only ciphertext. A Rust-based runner injects decrypted secrets into a process at runtime without writing them to disk, and teams can share projects with each person's secrets encrypted under their own keys. It also works in CI/CD pipelines via API keys.
