PDF Scholar

PDF reader and annotator built for research, offline unless you ask a question

Desktopfreeglobal

PDF Scholar is a free, offline-first PDF reader and annotator built for research, staying fully offline unless you explicitly ask a question. It's for researchers and students who annotate papers heavily and want a reader built around that workflow rather than a general-purpose PDF viewer.
