openreview-cli is an open-source, local-first contract review tool that runs from the command line or a terminal interface. It strips personally identifiable information from a contract before any cloud AI call, halting rather than risk a leak if detection fails, then reviews each clause through a multi-agent pipeline covering 21 contract types with bundled negotiation playbooks. It defaults to local AI models, with cloud providers available only as an explicit opt-in.
