On-Call Health

Open-source tool that detects signs of on-call engineer burnout from incident and work data.

Webfree

On-Call Health is a free, open-source tool that surfaces early signs of overwork among incident responders. It combines objective signals from Rootly, PagerDuty, GitHub, Slack, Linear, and Jira, such as after-hours pages and consecutive on-call days, with optional self-reported wellbeing surveys into a workload score and trend. It is aimed at engineering managers and SRE leads who want to catch on-call burnout risk before it happens, and can be self-hosted or used as a hosted service.
