It blocks a session from ending until a project's own test, lint, and typecheck scripts pass, and uses an independent judge agent to re-verify criteria each round. It's designed for developers running Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or similar coding agents who want a mechanical way to confirm the work actually happened.
