NOALBS is an open-source tool for Windows, macOS and Linux that monitors an ingest server's bitrate and automatically switches OBS scenes when a stream degrades or drops. It supports RTMP, SRT, SRTLA and RIST ingests and can be controlled from Twitch or Kick chat commands. It is aimed at IRL streamers broadcasting over unreliable mobile connections.
