Netdisco

Web-based network management tool for locating devices and managing switch ports

Webfree

Netdisco is a self-hosted, web-based network management tool for small to very large networks. It collects IP and MAC address data via SNMP, CLI, or device APIs into a PostgreSQL database, letting administrators locate a device by MAC or IP, see which switch port it's connected to, change VLAN or PoE settings on that port, and maintain an inventory of network hardware by model and vendor. It is aimed at network administrators who need visibility and control across their switch infrastructure.
