MOOSE
Finite-element multiphysics simulation environment for coupled engineering and science problems
Desktopfree
MOOSE is an open-source finite-element multiphysics simulation environment developed by Idaho National Laboratory. It offers a fully coupled, fully implicit nonlinear solver with mesh adaptivity, continuous and discontinuous Galerkin methods, parallel geometric search for contact problems and automatic parallelism that scales to very large core counts. Around 30 pluggable interfaces let users specialise parts of the solve. It is aimed at computational scientists and engineers modelling coupled physics.
