Memorex

Self-hosted spaced-repetition app storing flashcards as local Markdown files.

Webfree

Memorex is a self-hosted spaced-repetition flashcard system built as a Phoenix LiveView application in Elixir, using scheduling logic based on Anki and the SuperMemo SM-2 algorithm. Unlike Anki, flashcard content is stored as plain Markdown files (or paired image and text files) on the local filesystem, so decks can be edited in any text editor and version-controlled with git. It's aimed at developers and note-takers who want Anki-style review without Anki's proprietary storage.
