libcimbar is an experimental animated barcode format for moving files to or from computers that have no network, Bluetooth, or NFC connectivity. A browser-based encoder turns a file into a sequence of colored-tile barcode images that a camera-based decoder can read back and reassemble, tolerating some lossy or out-of-order frames. It's aimed at people who occasionally need to move data across an air gap using just a screen and a camera.
