Turns an AI contract review into a real tracked-changes Word file and redline PDF, not just a chat summary.
Desktopfree
legal-redline-tools is an open-source Python tool that turns a list of proposed contract changes into the deliverables lawyers actually send: a real tracked-changes Word document, a full redline PDF, a summary of changes for the counterparty, and a separate internal negotiation memo with rationale and walkaway positions. It's designed to sit downstream of an AI contract review, automating the manual work of transcribing AI-found issues into Word's track-changes feature by hand.
