JBrowse 2

Open-source genome browser available as a web app, desktop app and embeddable React components

Webfree

JBrowse 2 is an open-source genome browser that runs in the browser, as a desktop application, or as React components embedded in another site. It provides linear, circular, dotplot, synteny and spreadsheet views with tracks for alignments, variants, structural variants and coverage data. Because the web app is fully client-side it can be hosted on any static server, which suits labs publishing genomic data.
