HealthSave Observatory is the self-hosted backend for the HealthSave iOS app, syncing exported Apple Health, Garmin, and Samsung wearable data into one private TimescaleDB record with Grafana dashboards, an API, optional local AI briefings, and Home Assistant/MQTT integration. Raw observations stay on hardware the user controls unless an egress route is explicitly enabled. It's aimed at quantified-self users who want their health data unified and privately owned rather than scattered across vendor apps.
