GemRB is an open-source reimplementation of the Infinity Engine used by Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale and Planescape: Torment. It lets owners of those games run them on a wide range of modern and unusual platforms, and gives developers an extensible base for making similar isometric role-playing games. A small demo game is bundled for trying it without the original data.
