Feed Compass is a free macOS companion app for discovering RSS feeds and subscribing to them in an existing RSS reader, rather than being a reader itself. It includes a large library of default feeds, feed previews before subscribing, one-click and drag-and-drop subscribing, and OPML file support. It's aimed at Mac users who already have an RSS reader and want an easier way to find and add new feeds.
