DuraShare is a tool and protocol for splitting a cryptocurrency seed phrase into multiple durable backup shares using threshold secret sharing, so that losing one or two shares does not lose access and a thief needs several shares to steal funds. Individual shares can be checked for damage without reconstructing the secret, and recovery can be done with software or fully by hand.
