dlm is a minimal HTTP download manager for the command line that reads a list of URLs from a text file and downloads them with a configurable number of concurrent connections. It resumes interrupted downloads using HTTP range requests where possible, automatically retries on timeout or hanging connections, and prints an end-of-run report with per-outcome counts and transfer speed.
