Django Cast is an open-source Django and Wagtail package for running a combined blog and podcast site. A quickstart command scaffolds a ready site, or it can be added to an existing Django project, and it uses the Wagtail CMS so non-technical staff can manage posts and episodes afterward. It has been running python-podcast.de since 2018 and supports responsive images, video, comments with spam filtering, and customizable themes.
