delstack is a free, open-source CLI tool for deleting AWS CloudFormation and CDK stacks, including ones with resources that fail to delete normally. Unlike CloudFormation's own force-delete option, which can leave failed resources behind, delstack cleans those orphaned resources up so nothing keeps running and billing after the stack is gone. It's aimed at AWS engineers dealing with stuck stacks that routine deletion can't fully remove.
