CloudflareST-Rust is a command-line tool, rewritten in Rust from an earlier Go project, that scans Cloudflare CDN IP ranges to find IPs with the lowest latency and fastest download speed for a given user. It streams IP generation and testing so results are produced continuously rather than after a full scan, and is intended for people experiencing slow or high-latency routing to Cloudflare-fronted sites.
