Chimely is open-source, self-hostable in-app notification inbox infrastructure, running as one Rust binary plus Postgres and Redis with a small HTTP API and a drop-in Inbox React component. A single backend POST and one frontend component produce a live notification bell with unread counts, read state, and archiving, aimed at developers who don't want to build this primitive from scratch.
