Users answer questions about their finances and card preferences; an algorithm considers credit profile, lifestyle and preferences to recommend top card matches. CardMatch runs a soft credit pull that will not impact your credit score. Bankrate states it is an independent, advertising-supported comparison service and that compensation from partners may impact how and where products appear; the site does not include the entire universe of available financial or credit offers. Bankrate lists partnerships with issuers including Discover, U.S. Bank, Citi, Chase, Capital One, American Express and Bank of America.
