Baalda

Local Markdown notes that AI agents can edit directly, shared and co-edited with your team in real time.

Desktopfreemiumglobal

Baalda is a desktop app for team notes stored as plain Markdown files on disk, built so a local or cloud AI agent can edit them directly while people also co-edit the same files in real time with live cursors. It targets teams that want AI agents to work on their notes like a teammate without losing real-time collaboration, which the maker found no existing Obsidian-like tool combined.
