alt-app-installer

Windows tool that downloads and installs Microsoft Store apps directly, without opening the Store.

Desktopfree

Alt App Installer downloads and installs Microsoft Store apps (APPX, MSIX, EAPPX, APPXBUNDLE) directly, without needing the Microsoft Store or App Installer, using API-based link generation matched to the user's system architecture. It supports resumable, multi-part downloads and can install already-downloaded packages along with their dependencies; the project notes it is now superseded by a successor called Raven but continues to be maintained.
