Agents Shipgate is an open-source CLI and GitHub Action that reviews pull requests for changes to what an AI agent is allowed to do, scanning MCP, OpenAPI, and SDK tool definitions across frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, and the OpenAI Agents SDK. It produces a deterministic merge verdict and requires human review before a capability-expanding or policy-missing change can merge, without executing the agent or calling an LLM. It is aimed at engineering and security teams responsible for AI agent release readiness.
